Discover the magic of Finca Las Cabaña, located in the heart of Antioquia, Colombia. Managed with love and care by first-generation coffee grower Luis Eduardo Vargas and his daughter Katy Julieth; every lot is hand-picked, de-pulped, and fermented for 5-8 days in open tanks. Once washed, the beans are dried on raised beds for 10-12 days, resulting in a truly exceptional coffee.
