Be prepared to a "life altering" coffee experience. The first thing I noticed was a state of the art Reverse Osmosis water system hanging on the wall. While waiting for my guest, I was approached by the owner Max who led with a handshake and warm welcome. I asked about the water system and he explained that he couldn't consider contaminating his sourced beans with chemically treated water. We then did a deep dive on his supply chain and process. There isn't one step in the affair from fruit ( I learned coffee beans are a fruit) to cup, that Max has overlooked with a decision based on anything other than quality at the point-of-impact, your mouth. You may have to linger to find a barstool or comfortable seat, but that's part of the experience. This is THE place; it's nice when you find your Tribe.

I wish there were more stars..... equal to the stars I had in my in my eyes when I walked in here. I had read that it was a sweet & welcoming place.. which is why I came (I need that), & I was most certainly not disappointed 🙏 Lovely warm aromatic atmosphere, Lovely warm aromatic coffee (with cardamom syrup) presented with an expertly crafted heart atop my brew... Lovely warm aromatic bagel~ absolutely encrusted with seeds~ & with absolutely enough (as much as I would use in the privacy of my own kitchen 😎) end-to-end, of delicious dairy-free cream cheese. And last but not least~ truly lovely, warm (and probably aromatic, due to this profession 😎) people, creating these delights with expertise, patience, and charm. Go there and feel blessed.💛
