Returns.
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To get started, contact us at lamulitacoffee@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us. Please make sure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’re not able to offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like to switch to a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
Damaged or Defective Items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away! We’ll arrange a replacement or refund to make things right.
