Your satisfaction matters to us as much as a perfect cup of coffee! Here’s our hassle-free return policy to ensure you’re always happy with your experience.

Returns:

  • You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • To get started, contact us at lamulitacoffee@gmail.com.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.
  • Please make sure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We’re not able to offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like to switch to a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away! We’ll arrange a replacement or refund to make things right.
