The San Sebastián specialty coffee comes to us from the small-scale farms of Inzá, located in the vibrant Tierradentro region of Cauca. This picturesque area is predominantly inhabited by the indigenous Paez community, who make up 80% of the population. Each bean is cultivated with care on farms averaging just 0.5 to 1.5 hectares.

Tucked between Nariño, Tolima, and Huila, Cauca is a land of small farms and passionate producers—over 90,000 strong—each carefully tending just over a hectare of coffee.
