• Part-time (30 hours): Year-round role requiring 4 days /week, including both weekend days.
• Full-time (36 hours): Year round role requiring 5 days/week, including both weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality through authentic, thoughtful customer engagement
• Greet and acknowledge every guest promptly, creating a welcoming first impression
• Receive customer orders and process payments using a point-of-sale system
• Maintain strong knowledge of coffee, beverages, and food offerings; confidently guide guests through the menu
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Assist in preparing simple food items according to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, and guest areas
• Restock supplies, retail items, and service areas throughout shifts
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists
• Uphold a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and teammates
• Contribute positively to team culture and support others during busy periods

Qualifications

• Availability to work 2–3 shifts per week year-round, including at least one weekend day
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests
• A natural inclination toward hospitality, relationship-building, and service excellence
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable handling transactions and operating a POS system
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive hand movements

Pay + Perks

• $15/hour plus tips (approx. $25-$27/hr)
