Nariño
Cupping Notes: Cocoa, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Raspberry, and Apple Sugar Cane
AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER
Grown high in the Andes of southern Colombia, this Nariño coffee is sourced from smallholder producers cultivating coffee between 1,700 and 2,100 meters above sea level. Volcanic soils, cool temperatures, and abundant sunshine allow the cherries to mature slowly, creating dense beans with a vibrant and expressive character.
Careful cherry selection and traditional washed processing produce a balanced cup with lively acidity and a smooth, medium body. Notes of cocoa, apple, raspberry, vanilla, and maple syrup come together for a coffee that is bright, sweet, and distinctly representative of Nariño’s renowned high-altitude terroir.
