The Gaitania specialty coffee comes to us from the remote mountain valley town of Planadas, located in the southern reaches of Tolima, Colombia. Nestled in the foothills of the Northern Andes and shaped by the towering Huila volcano, this region is home to the indigenous Nasa Wesx community. Grown with care in fertile volcanic soils, this organic lot offers tropical fruit sweetness and a smooth hint of vanilla, showcasing the vibrant character of its origin.
